Alice Langford is the director and founder of All Youth Ballet and All Ballet Company. She trained professionally at The School Of Ballet Theatre UK. Whilst in her third year she toured alongside Ballet Theatre UK Company as a member of the corps de ballet. Alongside her vocational training, Alice completed a BA Hons Degree in Ballet Performance and a HND in performing arts.​ Since graduating in 2019, Alice has been enjoying working as a dance teacher, alongside freelance dance and acting jobs. She is a qualified teacher with the BBO and in PBT.

Alice founded All Ballet Company as she has a deep passion for choreography and inspiring and nurturing every dancers potential. She wanted to create a dance company where the focus is on the dancers talent, dedication, skill and artistry. Driven by a belief that a supportive and uplifting environment creates exceptional performances, Alice aims to create a workplace where dancers feel valued, championed and genuinely enjoy their craft. 'My goal is to cultivate an atmosphere where dancers thrive, knowing they are supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. I believe this approach not only creates better dancers but also leads to exeptional performances that resonate with audiences.'
