Video Audition Specification: ​​

 

Deadline: 5th July 2026

What: Ballet Barre (Plie, Tendu, adage, grand battement or jete) and dance (please include pirrouettes and an arabesque if you have done them)

Cost:  £15

Who: Dancers, age 7-17 (must be ballet trained)

Ballet Barre: 

- Record a short ballet barre appropriate to your level

- Ensure you can be clearly seen

- Wear ballet attire 

*Can be filmed in a studio, hall, at home etc. If you do not have access to a barre please use other appropriate equipment e.g.chair*

Ballet Dance: 

- Record a short ballet dance no longer than 2 mins (include pirouettes and an arabesque if you have done them) 

- Wear appropriate ballet attire

- Ensure you can be clearly seen

- You may use footage from a recent (no older than 3 months) show, competition etc.

Please note you must pay the fee of £15 once you have applied, you will receive an email (please check junk) with conformation of application and payment details. All audition videos will be reviewed on the day of the live auditions (1st March 2026) and you can expect a result within a week of this date. Please check your junk email if you have not heard from us in this time.
